Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

- Express Shipping – Faster delivery for when you need it sooner

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at shopjccollection.store within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.
International Shipping At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping in the future!
